Network Operations Center Statement of Work

This statement of work was performed by me as the follow up the the network assessment and process audit. Since the wireless provider did not have any active network monitoring in place I had to gather all the SNMP traps available for the equipment placed in the network and document fixes for all errors and recommend automated response mechanisms for trivial errors. It was a very satisfying project.

Wireless Network Data Assessment

This statement of work was performed for a nationwide wireless provider. I was the lead member of the analysis team that did a full network audit including a complete review of process and procedures. The work was so successful that the wireless provider asked us to comeback and assist them with closing the gaps revealed by our audit and assessment.
